Blueberry Sauce

In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of cold water and gelatine powder, then set aside
Place your pan on the stove over medium flame
Pour in water, sugar and orange juice and bring to a boil, or until sugar is dissolved
Mix in blueberries and cook for another 5 minutes. (At this stage, I like to mash the blueberry using a potato masher just to bring out the color of the blueberries.)
Add in vanilla and cinnamon powder and give it a nice stir until incorporated, then remove from heat.
Give the gelatine a good stir before adding to the blueberry mixture, then serve.
