Puto Molder

I think I’ve no excuse to make some Puto now that I have these colorful Puto or Steamed Rice molder. In The Philippines, we use this mold for steaming a rice cake which is also known as Puto. To give you a little understanding about Puto, it’s very popular and prepared practically all over the country and is usually eaten alone or with freshly grated coconut. I will give you more details once I make them, so stay tuned. 🙂
