There are plenty of ways how we can thank our Mothers. They would say, a kiss and a hug is good enough for them. But we like to show them that we appreciate all the hard work they have done for us.

I am blessed that I got to celebrate Mother’s Day twice. My Mother who is in the Philippines and my Mother-in-law from Great Britain. Even they are miles away from us, my family and I do not miss to send handmade cards over to them. A simple chocolate and flowers always cheer them up.

I made this Red Velvet cupcakes for my friends who are becoming a mother soon and who are already mothers. A time spent on baking this is nothing when I see them smile and happy.
