Banana Cupcakes


Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and flour a pan.

In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking soda, salt and set aside.

In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until creamy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in mashed bananas then add in the sifted flour mixture.

Add in the milk and vanilla extract, mix well until blended.

Pour the batter into a prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and place on the rack to let it cool completely.
